Question about golf gift for boyfriend? 10 points to best answer!!?
I am thinking about getting my boyfriend an electronic swing groover II for christmas. I was wondering if anyone has used this product or heard any good things about it? Do you think this is a good gift idea? My boyfriend has been golfing for about a year and a half, goes about once a week depending on the weather, and loves golfing. I have had many suggestions to get him lessons or a gift certificate with a pro. they are good ideas, but ive already done them. If you think this is a good idea or have any others, please help me! thank you very much

I work at a sporting goods store and we do sell it although I have never actually tried it myself. To be honest I have heard some complaints about this device and thought that they are kind of obvious to see. Some of the components are made of plastic, like where the ball is actually connected to (a plastic pin). People have told me and returned the product because they broke it after using it for no less than a day. One unaimed shot to the wrong part of the device with your driver is going to do some damage. However, I have heard that some more experienced golfers with a more consistent swing who tend to hit the ball instead of topping it and hitting the wrong part say that this is an excellent way to polish up your game before the season. If you decide not to go with it another great golfing gift idea is a driving net to hit at. Hope this helps a little bit. Some more reviews at the website.
This should be a descendt driving net under $100. Wilson All Purpose Cage Net. Found it on Dick’s Sporting Goods website. There is a more expensive one, same thing with a ball return if you are interested in that. Hope I helped again.
