2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups crispy cereal riced
6-oz chocolate chips
1 / 2 stick paraffin
2 cups powdered sugar
1 / cup soft butter 2
6-oz Butterscotch chips
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, cereal, powdered sugar and softened butter. Mixture form into balls. In a heavy saucepan, melt the wax, chocolate chips, butter and caramel chips. Dip the balls in the sauce warm paraffin and place on a tray furnace cover with wax paper. Refrigerate to set.
ANGEL COOKIE CRISP
1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
1 / 2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
water for dipping
sugar for dipping
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugars, butter, egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to the mixture of cream. Mix well. Form balls the size of a walnut. Dip top half of each ball in the water then in sugar. Place on greased baking tray and press down in the center with your finger. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
